เหตุการณ์ฝนตกหนักในครั้งนี้ได้เกิดขึ้นในหลายอำเภอของทั้งสองจังหวัด โดยอำเภอที่มีปริมาณฝนมากกว่า 90 มิลลิเมตรต่อวัน ได้แก่ จังหวัดตราด บริเวณ อ.บ่อไร่ อ.คลองใหญ่ อ.เขาสมิง อ.เกาะช้าง อ.เมืองตราด จังหวัดจันทบุรี บริเวณ อ.ขลุง อ.เมืองจันทบุรี อ.เขาคิชฌกูฏ อ.มะขาม

อ.แหลมสิงห์ อ.ท่าใหม่ โดยที่สถานีบ้านหนองบอน ต.หนองบอน อ.บ่อไร่ จ.ตราด มีปริมาณฝนสะสมรายวันสูงสุด 338 มิลลิเมตร รองลงมาคือที่สถานี อบต.สะตอ ต.สะตอ อ.เขาสมิง จ.ตราด ปริมาณฝน 281 มิลลิเมตร สำหรับปริมาณฝนสะสม 7 วันในช่วงวันที่ 25-31 กรกฎาคม 2567

สูงสุดที่สถานีบ้านหนองบอน ต.หนองบอน อ.บ่อไร่ จ.ตราด มีฝนตกมากถึง 647 มิลลิเมตร รองลงมาคือที่สถานีบ้านตาบาด ต.บ่อพลอย อ.บ่อไร่ จ.ตราด ปริมาณฝน 597 มิลลิเมตร

The heavy rain event occurred in many districts of both provinces. Districts facing more than 90 millimeters of rainfall per day included Bo Rai, Khlong Yai, Khao Saming, Ko Chang, Mueang Trat in Trat Province; Klung, Mueang Chanthaburi, Khao Khitchakut, Makham, Laem Sing, and Tha Mai in Chanthaburi Province. The highest

daily accumulated rainfall was recorded at Ban Nong Bon station, Nong Bon Sub-district, Bo Rai District, Trat Province, with 338 millimeters. The second highest was recorded at Sato Sub-district Administration Organization station, Sato Sub-district, Khao Saming District, Trat Province, with 281 millimeters. The highest 7-day

accumulated rainfall from 25 to 31 July 2024, was recorded at Ban Nong Bon station, Nong Bon Sub-district, Bo Rai District, Trad Province, with 647 millimeters, followed by Ban Tabat station, Bo Phloi Sub-district, Bo Rai District, Trat Province, with 597 millimeters.

ทั้งนี้ ฝนที่ตกหนักได้ส่งผลให้เกิดน้ำล้นตลิ่งไหลในหลายพื้นที่ของทั้งสองจังหวัด เช่น แม่น้ำจันทบุรี บริเวณ ต.จันทนิมิต อ.เมืองจันทบุรี จ.จันทบุรี คลองโตนด บริเวณ

ต.แก่งหางแมว อ.แก่งหางแมว จ.จันทบุรี คลองวังโตนด บริเวณ ต.วังใหม่ อ.นายายอาม จ.จันทบุรี แม่น้ำตราด บริเวณ ต.วังกระแจะ และ ต.ห้วยแร้ง อ.เมืองตราด

จ.ตราด และที่คลองห้วยแร้ง บริเวณ ต.ห้วยแร้ง อ.เมืองตราด จ.ตราด ซึ่งเป็นการเกิดน้ำล้นตลิ่งในระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ ประมาณ 1-4 วัน

The heavy rain caused flooding from rivers and canals overflowing their banks in several areas of both provinces, such as the Chantaburi River in Jantanimid Sub-district, Mueang Chantaburi District, Chanthaburi Province; Khlong Tanod

Canal in Kaeng Hang Maeo Sub-district, Kaeng Hang Maeo District, Chanthaburi Province; Khlong Wang Tanod in Wang Mai Sub-district, Na Yai Am Distirct, Chanthaburi Province; the Trat River in Wang Krachae Sub-district and Huai Raeng

Sub-district, Mueang Trat District, Trat Province; and Khlong Huai Raeng in Huai Raeng Sub-district, Mueang Trat District, Trat Province. These floods occurred over a short period of time, approximately 1-4 days.

นอกจากนี้ ฝนที่ตกหนักยังส่งผลให้น้ำไหลลงอ่างเก็บน้ำเพิ่มขึ้นมาก และทำให้เกิดน้ำล้นอ่างหลายแห่ง จากรายงานสถานการณ์อ่างเก็บน้ำขนาดกลาง ณ วันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2567 พบสถานการณ์น้ำล้น

อ่างเกิดขึ้น 5 แห่ง ได้แก่ อ่างเก็บน้ำคลองโสน (107%) อ่างเก็บน้ำห้วยแร้ง (107%) อ่างเก็บน้ำวังปลาหมอ (112%) อ่างเก็บน้ำด่านชุมพล (114%) และอ่างเก็บน้ำบ้านมะนาว (105%) ในพื้นที่ จ.ตราด และมีอ่าง

เก็บน้ำที่มีปริมาณน้ำอยู่ในเกณฑ์น้ำมากอีก 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ อ่างเก็บน้ำเขาระกำ (95%) อ่างเก็บน้ำคลองสะพานหิน (96%) และอ่างเก็บน้ำศาลทราย (91%)

Furthermore, the heavy rain also caused a significant increase in water flowing into many reservoirs, resulting in several reservoirs overflowing. According to the medium-sized reservoir situation report dated 31 July 2024, the 5

reservoirs in Trad Province experienced overflow, including Khlong Sano Reservoir (107%), Huai Raeng Reservoir (107%), Wang Pla Mo Reservoir (112%), Dan Chumphon Reservoir (114%), and Ban Manao Reservoir (105%). Additionally, three

more reservoirs had high-water volumes, including Khao Rakam Reservoir (95%), Khlong Saphan Hin Reservoir (96%), and San Sai Reservoir (91%).

กรมป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยได้รายงานสถานการณ์อุทกภัยบริเวณจังหวัดจันทบุรีและตราด เมื่อวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2567 โดยช่วงวันที่ 27-30 กรกฎาคม 2567 ที่จังหวัดจันทบุรีมีฝนตกต่อเนื่องทำให้เกิดน้ำป่าไหลหลาก บริเวณ
1) อำเภอมะขาม ในพื้นที่ ต.ฉมัน ต.มะขาม ต.ท่าหลวง ต.วังแซ้ม
2) อำเภอขลุง ในพื้นที่ ต.วังสรรพรส ต.ตรอกนอง ต.บ่อ
3) อำเภอเมืองจันทบุรี ในพื้นที่ ต.ท่าช้าง ต.บางกะจะ ต.แสลง ต.จันทนิมิต
4) อำเภอนายายอาม ในพื้นที่ ต.สนามไชย ต.ช้างข้าม ต.วังใหม่ ต.นายายอาม ต.วังโตนด ต.กระแจะ

5) อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฎ ในพื้นที่ ต.ชากไทย ต.พลวง
6) อำเภอแก่งหางแมว ในพื้นที่ ต.สามพี่น้อง
7) อำเภอท่าใหม่ ในพื้นที่ ต.สองพี่น้อง ต.ทุ่งเบญจา ต.เขาแก้ว ต.โขมง ต.รำพัน
บ้านเรือนประชาชนได้รับผลกระทบ 3,695 ครัวเรือน พื้นที่การเกษตร 16,853 ไร่ และมีผู้เสียชีวิตเป็นหญิง 1 ราย ส่วนที่ จ.ตราด ในช่วงวันที่ 26-29 กรกฎาคม 2567 ได้เกิดฝนตกหนักที่
1) อำเภอเขาสมิง ในพื้นที่ ต.สะตอ ต.เทพนิมิต ต.ประณีต ต.วังตะเคียน ต.ทุ่งนนทรี ต.เขาสมิง ต.แสนตุ้ง

2) อำเภอบ่อไร่ ในพื้นที่ ต.บ่อพลอย ต.นนทรีย์ ต.ช้างทูน ต.หนองบอน ต.ด่านชุมพล
3) อำเภอเมืองตราด ในพื้นที่ ต.หนองคันทรง ต.ห้วยแร้ง ต.วังกระแจะ ต.หนองโสน ต.ท่ากุ่ม
ส่งผลให้บ้านเรือนประชาชนได้รับผลกระทบ 1,850 ครัวเรือน พื้นที่ทางการเกษตร 26,325 ไร่ เป็ด/ไก่ 37,000 ตัว สถานที่ราชการ 3 แห่ง เรือล่ม 5 ลำ โดยไม่มีผู้ได้รับบาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิต

The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation reported the flood situation in Chanthaburi and Trat provinces on 31 July 2024. During 27-30 July 2024, Chanthaburi Province experienced continuous rain, leading to flash floods in the following areas:
1) Makham District: Chaman Sub-district, Makham Sub-district, Tha Luang Sub-distirct, Wang Same Sub-district.
2) Klung District: Wang Sapparot Sub-district, Trok Nong Sub-district, Bo Sub-district.
3) Muang Chanthaburi District: Tha Chang Sub-district, Bang Kaja Sub-district, Salaeng Sub-district, Chanthanimit Sub-district.
4) Na Yai Arm District: Sanam Chai Sub-district, Chang Kham Sub-district, Wang Mai Sub-district, Na Yai Arm Sub-district, Wang Tanod Sub-district, Kra Jae Sub-district.

5) Khao Khitchakut District: Chak Thai Sub-district, Phluang Sub-district.
6) Kaeng Hang Maeo District: Sam Phi Nong Sub-district.
7) Tha Mai District: Song Phi Nong Sub-district, Thung Benja Sub-district, Khao Kaeo Sub-district, Khamong Sub-district, Ram Phan Sub-district.
In total 3,695 households and 16,853 rai of agricultural lands were affected with one female fatality reported.

In Trat province, from 26-29 July 2024, heavy rain occurred in the following areas:
1) Khao Saming District: Sato Sub-district, Thep Nimit Sub-district, Praneet Sub-district, Wang Takhean Sub-district, Thung Nonsri Sub-district, Khao Saming Sub-district, Saen Tung Sub-district.

2) Bo Rai District: Bo Phloi Sub-district, Non Sri Sub-district, Chang Tun Sub-district, Nong Bon Sub-district, Dan Chumphon Sub-district.
3) Mueang Trat District: Nong Khan Song Sub-district, Huai Raeng Sub-district, Wang Kra Jae Sub-district, Nong Sano Sub-district, Tha Kum Sub-district.
This resulted in 1,850 households and 26,325 rai of agricultural lands with 37,000 ducks and chickens affected. Three government buildings and five boats were damaged, with no injuries or fatalities reported.
